Day on Island Beach State Park’s Tices Shoal
Bring your surfboard; we’ll leave slip 119, Ocean Gate Yacht Basin about 9:00 am for the sail to Island Beach State Park’s Tices Shoal. We’ll drop anchor at approximately 10:30 am, pack you a lunch, and dinghy you over to the Park for a day swimming, shell collecting, surfing, or just plain relaxing on the beach. You’ll walk into the Park on a boardwalk known as the Fisherman’s Walkway. Give us a call around 3:30 pm, we’ll pick you up with the dinghy and get you back to Innamorata where you can shower off, get changed, and enjoy a light dinner. Anchors up at 5:00 pm for the sail back to Ocean Gate Yacht Basin where we’ll catch a colorful summer sunset as we round Good Luck Point and head into the Toms River.
