But after retiring several years ago to sail with Gary to the Bahamas and around Florida, she never looked back at her high school counseling position. Having been raised in a big Italian family of eight, Jan’s cooking and baking skills are mostly self taught. She has worked in several culinary positions throughout her life and will oversee the delicious foods that accompany your cruise.
